Inquiry-based learning is a new learning method, and many high school students in the nine-year compulsory education, have been accustomed to receiving-learning, there are many of the established way of thinking, lack of scientific knowledge, expertise and the corresponding training. Inquiry launched in the learning process, students often feel unable to start or can not be thinking, to explore the process of learning, teachers should be guided on the way. Physics is an experimental basis to the natural sciences, and therefore more suitable explore scientific methods. Effectively guide Inquiry learning activities, enabling students in the experimental process of actively explore mental and physical work, scientists experience and the process of scientific inquiry methods, access to scientific exploration interest. Further stimulate students to learn physics inherent dynamism.In this paper, high school teachers in the implementation of inquiry-based learning in the process of guiding methods shallow views. First on the inquiry learning pedagogy, psychology based on theoretical study and explore further discussed in these theories under the guidance of high school physics teachers how to guide exploratory learning activities, initially forming a high school physics exploratory learning activities guiding strategy.This study and concluded that the combination of the existing teaching practice drawn from the experience, and some of the points raised by the practice and the experts have yet to be corrected and teaching practice further examination.
