Modern society is highly competitive, but people have started to realize the importance of cooperativeness since it is part of human qualities for survival and development for modern life. However, the existing education practice emphasizes competition over cooperation, which leads to individual-oriented goals in academic life. That is, one person's success means the failure of others, and the achievement of one side is the obstacle to the other side, thus resulting in tense interpersonal relationships. How to achieve"positive interdependence", which means that the member of each group completes the group task only by means of interpersonal facilitation and cooperation. As a result, the accomplishment of one's goal benefits the others. Each learner will construct his knowledge with the help of individual accountability, active communications and collaborative learning.Interest plays an important role in inspiring and keeping students to study, it is important fact for students to remain consciousness in learning. Inspiring students sport interest and cultivating the behavior of exercising for life are the basic thoughts of course design in physical education and health. It is an important title for how to inspire students sport interest in PE. Inspiring students'interest in PE class concerns many uspects. In this thesis the writer will combine the particularity of PE and the advantange of cooperativeness, comparing the students'interest and happiness after sports between in experimental class and control class, and study the influence of cooperativeness on PE teaching and studying. The objects are all the students in Grade 3 but in different classes. The research of experiment continued for about 16 weeks, st the same time the questionnaire and statistics also can prove that the cooperativeness in PE teaching can improve students'health of physiology and psychology and students'interest presents inceasingly tendency.Through the action research and data collection,the research Achieved the predicted results,which showed that cooperative Learning is feasible and effective when applied to middle school PE teaching if certain conditions are satisfied. It make learners experience the happiness of cooperative learning also raises the interest of learners and improves their learning results. On the other hand, cooperative learning in PE teaching has its own insufficient, which will be studied deeply, to combine the advantage of cooperative learning and PE teaching. This will help students to take part in the sports on the basic of interest and improve the health of both physiology and psychology, and build up the basic of life long sports.
