Found "jointly" in the form of rural secondary school teacher, school funding and management concept has played a positive role. L achieve a high school education in schools and the sharing of resources between schools, promoting regional balanced development of inter-school school. "Joint" high-school classes concern for the disadvantaged groups to education, so that more farmers for their children to avoid the financial burden of families, the difference between urban and rural identity and not on the high school reading the unfair treatment.
