Research On The Balanced Development Of Compulsory Education In Counties Of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

The development of balanced compulsory education has some difference between areas,cities and schools,achievement of county balanced compulsory education is an effective way to realize education equality and education equality is the base of social equality.Therefore,it is significant to realize the balanced compulsory education in minority regions,which helps to achieve stable society and the union between minorities.The thesis consists of 4 parts,the first part is the introduction,in this part,the background information about the development of balanced compulsory education,the aim and importance of research,and the method of research have been showed.Besides,this part analyzes some theories about education equality and balanced compulsory education at home and abroad.Also,some definitions of concepts and research methods have been showed in this part.The second part is about the present situation about balanced development in Mongolian Autonomous County of Hoboksar.First,analyze the natural environment and economy development of Hoboksar,then elaborate the measures that local government have taken,they are enhancement of the working ability of local government,the push of education equality,improvement of teaching level,the school combination between county and countryside and the improvement of bilingual education.The third part is about the problems and causes about balanced compulsory education in Mongolian Autonomous County of Hoboksar,It shows some problems.In addition,illustrate the causes of these problems,they are natural environment,the development of social economy,the policies of government,education ideas and the cultural atmosphere.The last part is about the ways to enhance the balanced compulsory education in Mongolian Autonomous County of Hoboksar.The local government,school and every part in society have to take responsibility about compulsory education in Hoboksar.Above all,County of Hoboksar is the only one Mongolian Autonomous County in Xinjiang,the education development of which means a lot,especially about the stable development of society and unions between minorities.Because of some special situation in Xinjiang,there are still some problems about this research.Hope the material and data have been collected will make a difference in county balanced development of compulsory education in Mongolian Autonomous County of Hoboksar.
