As the starting stage of the national education system,preschool education is of great significance to the lifelong learning and development of human beings.Since 2010,the state has vigorously implemented the three Preschool education action plan,and the rapid development of preschool education in China.It is the demand of preschool education to promote the popularization and quality development of preschool education and to meet the good expectations of the people for the breeding of their young.And the leadership and management level of Kindergarten director is an important factor affecting the quality and level of preschool education.How to effectively improve the leadership level of kindergarten director is of great practical significance for improving the quality of kindergarten running park and promoting the sustainable development of preschool education.This study mainly aims at the present situation of the leadership of Nanning Kindergarten director,combined with the relevant theory and the existing research at home and abroad,from the kindergarten director's leadership of the basic components of the design of the questionnaire survey and interview outline.After data collation and analysis,the survey found that Nanning kindergarten director of the overall level of leadership is high,the director of their leadership of the most confident is interpersonal leadership,followed by educational leadership,structural leadership and value leadership.Nanning Kindergarten Director's leadership there are some difficulties in practice: in terms of value leadership,kindergarten concept is out of touch with kindergarten development planning;In terms of educational leadership,the strategy of childcare childhood care is out of touch with reality,the effect of teacher training is not ideal,and in interpersonal leadership,there is poor communication within teachers and insufficient external communication;In terms of structural leadership,internal affairs are cumbersome and external resources are underutilized.The main reasons for these difficulties are due to the personal factors of the Director,management and operating system factors,preschool teacher factors and social environment and other factors.Aiming at the realistic dilemma of the leadership practice of the director of Nanning Kindergarten,this paper puts forward the strategy of promoting the leadership of the director of Nanning Kindergarten from the individual level and the social level of the kindergarten director.On the individual level,in the value leadership of Kindergarten director,the idea of running a park is unified with the development plan,and the characteristic campus culture is built,and in the aspect of educational leadership,adhere to the "child-oriented" conservation childhood care,improve teachers ' self-learning ability,and enhance the sense of belonging of workers and improve their communication ability in interpersonal leadership.;In terms of structural leadership,internal streamlining management,external strengthening of resources cooperation.On the social level,the decentralization,the transformation of government functions,the increase of investment in preschool education,the improvement of the quality of preschool normal students training,the trial of university experts to enter the guidance,to create a good atmosphere,enhance the impact of preschool education.
