Internet has made great effects on social politics, economy, culture, morality and other fields. While the network gave much convenienceto us, it also brought some negative influences. I t inevitably brought about some bad effects such as news spread unchecked, trash polluted, network addictation, hacker action even computercrime. They are the main citizen in the network society, the college student's network morality level is very important and special in network society. Promote the college student news techonology knowledge while take them moralty and intellect. Developing moral education on network is both objective requirement of network society and inexorable trend of moral education.This study base on the ethics, education. It use questionnaire, the cultural heritage research etc. Mainly to study the present condition of college student's activities on Internet, the influence of the network upon the college students. I'm try to analyze effect on.the college students. Drawing lessons from comparing the present research condition of network morality education between domestic and western, I had constructed the basic principles of the education of network ethics for the college students, put forward its educational contents and methods.First, the article clarifies the relative concepts, such as network, network ethics, and summarizes the basic thing of network ethic researches at home and abroad.Second, from constructing theoretical basis of network ethics, the paper probes into relations between network ethics and tradition ethics, and clarifies constructing theoretical foundation of the college student's network ethics, the author tries probing into the different views of the college students on aim at network, atitude at network love, suggestion on Kuso, impression on Cracker by questionaire investigation for the college students about network question and finds out some expressions of the contemporary college students losing norms. This supplies the reality basis for constructing network ethics to the college students.Third, from the college students losing norms on internal roots, eternal roots, mainly roots, the paper analyzes the roots that the college students lose norms about network ethics.Forth, the article clarifies concepts of norms on network ethics. It probes into the basic norms of network ethics for the college students.At end, the paper puts forward the content, the goal of network ethics to the college students. It emphasizes that network ethics education of the college students is a complicated system project which needs joint effort of the society, college network stations, teachers and college students. This can gain satisfying effects.
