The slogan of "education is the base and moral education is the first " has been existed for many years,however,in traditional education,moral education has been delineated into a unified standard,completely ignoring the individual differences of students,make students personality potential denial and suppression,which inhibits the healthy development of students in the invisible,so that the students lose their unique personality,stifle the creativity of students.The idea of individualized moral education starts from students' real personality.Under the premise of fully respecting students' individual differences and personality development,we should cultivate students' good personality and psychological quality,excavate students' personality potential advantages,and promote students' personality free and harmonious development.Class,as the basic level of school education,shouldering the important responsibility,then how will the students moral education,personalized moral education into the concept of class management,class management to create suitable environment and opportunities in the development of personality of students in class management process,which is the study focused on the need to explore the issue of this study.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.The second part introduces the theoretical overview of this research,this part include he definition of the relevant concepts of the research and theoretical basis of individualized moral education idea in the specific connotation of individualized moral education in class management,the application of individualized moral education in middle school should follow the principle of class management.The third part is based on the H middle school as the sample,through questionnaires and interviews in the form of the class in the school class management managers concerned in the process of class management,class management goal,object and contents of class management process,the management of the class activities,student evaluation by five aspects to investigate the application of the concept of individualized moral education in the school class management present situation,found that H middle school apply individualized moral education concept has been preliminary success in class management,class teacher and the students have a preliminary acceptance of the application of individualized moral education ideas in class management,but there are still some problems which cannot be ignored,such as class management objects and contents of the attention is not comprehensive,the number of students to participate in class management ratio,the smaller class activities management continuity,students lack of individualized moral education evaluation point of view,these problems seriously affect the concept of individualized moral education in class management applications.The fourth part elaborates the practice method and strategy based on personalized moral education concept in middle school class management.This paper constructs the practice frame dyeing of middle school class management and puts forward a new practice path,which is to break the traditional management idea and innovate the concept of class management.Secondly,we should respect students' realistic personality and make hierarchical management goals.Again by enlarging students participate in classroom management scope and multi-level class activities,to provide multifaceted individual uniqueness show opportunities for students,let students in activities to complete the conversion process from heteronomy to autonomy.Finally,a multi-dimensional student evaluation system is established to provide a great impetus for students' personalized development.The fifth part is look back the whole process of this research and the idea of the next research.
