Research On Locating Questions Of Guangxi Higher Vocational Education

On the national level, Higher Vocational Education has become Higher Education half of China. With the enlargement of Higher Vocational Colleges enrollment, the nummer of college students are extremely increasing. Guangxi Higher Vocational Education has been vigorously developed for several years.But with the rapid develoment of Guangxi Higher Vocational Education and the growing number of school scale, several problemes have gradually come out. For example, boundary of exceeding and neglecting its Functions of government in China both exist, finacial support and treatment are unfair, enrollment systerm lags, the environment of existence and devoloment is not coordinated. Besides, the society, the parents and the students place low emphasis on the colleges. Some Higher Vocational Colleges'schooling directions are not clear at all, such as,the problems of construction, without charicteristic teaching and low-quality subjects, the hard hunting job of the graduates. When all the problems meet together, if we try to find out to the base why so many problems exist, wo could put our eyes focus on one point finally: Locating questions of Higher Vocational Education.The lack of Guangxi Higher Vocational Education is a reasonable and exact location. Therefor,how to find out an exact location to build a systerm which conforms to the situation of Guangxi and enable to ensure Guangxi Higher Vocational Education lastly,heathily and stablely develops. That's the problem what we need to work out. Some researchers are drawing close attention and propose several constructive opinions to it. But generally speaking, the locating questions of Higher Vocational Education are rarely studied by academic field ,and no syeterm of study theory has been formed yet. So I study Guangxi Higher Vocational Education colleges as my major object, and combine literature study and comparison study to analize locating exist-questions of Guangxi Higher Vocational Education and explain why. I will learn from the successful experience of foreign Vocational Education, at the same time, I will propose my discussion and construction on exact location of Guangxi Higher Vocational Education.Papers in five major part of the study:Introduction to the first part: First, on the positioning of Guangxi higher vocational education on the origin and significance of this study, and our country is already on the positioning of the Vocational study done a brief introduction.The second part of the positioning of Guangxi higher vocational education concepts and theories related Overview: Vocational Education is the key position of the related concepts - higher vocational education, positioning, positioning of higher vocational education should be straightened out to define, but also the positioning of the Higher Vocational Education The theory - Colleges and Universities stratification (classification) and location theory, system theory, the personnel structure model theory, to provide a theoretical basis of this study.The third part of Guangxi higher vocational education position and the reasons for the deviation Analysis: The major part of the Guangxi Vocational Education Research positioning errors and attribution analysis, from a macro point of view is that the Government and social awareness of Higher Vocational Education positioning unclear, policies and regulations , the lack of funding support from the micro perspective of the Vocational College is positioning itself not understand the objective of fostering understanding narrow.
