The integrated practical activity, a course appealing to the education returning to our life, is a highlight of the new curriculum reformation of basic education. However, because of the gap between the reality and activity, it is difficult to carry out the curriculum without curriculum standard, integrated textbooks and experience, and many problems have occurred during teaching. To solve these problems, to meet the appealing of the academics and the demand of front-line teachers,"loose-leaf text"development of integrated practical activity which is exemplified with biology and related fields, was proposed. The integrated practical activity"text"is a reference for integrated practical activity and the"text"aggregation of the generative curriculum resource of integrated practical activity. Taking the field related to biology for example, the writer proposes a method which is good for curriculum merging, and improves the flexibility of the"text"for selecting and using and generative replacement. As the text chosen and used by teachers and students, it aims to promote their awareness of the course resources, to improve the development of the course, and thereby impel the normalization of the integrated practical activity and strengthen the validity of the integrated practical activity.By getting known of the overseas situation of the integrated practical activity course, interpreting the connotations and characteristics, goals and features of domestic integrated practical activity, the present thesis aims to have a deeper theoretical understanding of the integrated practical activity. By summarizing and analyzing the problems of integrated practical activity in teaching, it puts forward the solution——"text". Besides, it explains"text"in multidimensional view, defines the integrated practical activity"text"which includes activity case, activity resource and activity method, and fix the formation of the integrated practical activity, i.e. loose-leaf.To perform the concrete development of the"loose-leaf text"of integrated practical activity related to biology, the writer has searched the theoretic support of the development of the integrated practical activity which includes Philosophical Hermeneutics, Theory of Comprehensible Teaching, Theory of Effective Teaching, formed the idea and principle of the development, and built its train of thought. And thereby the loose-leaf for typical cases (seventy-two) of the integrated practical activity related to biology came into being, and according to models of actions, it is divided into(each activity doesn't have only one model, but has a primary one and several secondary ones, and they are complementary): loose-leaf for typical cases (sixteen) of the experimental research activity, loose-leaf for typical cases (eighteen) of the service practical activity, and loose-leaf for typical cases (twenty-two) of the design making activity; the methods of the integrated practical activity, which not only includes programmed methods but also technical methods, consist of loose-leaf for choosing issues, loose-leaf for designing the activity plan, loose-leaf for the scientific research methods, loose-leaf for controlling the activity processing, loose-leaf for showing the activity achievement, loose-leaf for the activity security matters; and the references of the resources for integrated practical activity which include citing periodical resources, book resources and network resources also came into being, which is classified on the basis of reference origin.Designing and analyzing the"loose-leaf text"of the integrated practical activity. On the basis of the"text", the writer has performed a preliminary integrated practical activity related to biology in four middle schools No.4, No.22, No.15, No.87 of Shijiazhuang city , and four issues were generated. It was an attempt to produce the"loose-leaf text"during practice. The writer participated and observed the whole activity, did questionnaire survey related to the development and deficiency of the student activity which is based on the"text", and interviewed instructors on their attitudes about the"text"and the teaching of the integrated practical activity in detail. Ninety-four point two percent students regard it suitable and their abilities of gathering and sorting information, social interaction and organization, solving problems by themselves are improved, their communication, exchange and corporation, independent thinking and research abilities are improved greater. Teachers think it very useful, because it is convenient for both of them to select information flexibly and perform the activity smoothly; teachers will also merge the life background and subject knowledge and construct their own special"text"during teaching practices.With the"loose-leaf text"development of integrated practical activity, the writer has searched the train of thought about the"text"initially, built a systemic"loose-leaf text" resource of the integrated practical activity related to biology. The student activity is comparatively effective, the teachers and students were satisfied with the"loose-leaf text"of the integrated practical activity on the whole. And both of them were forming the awareness and capability of developing the course resources of the integrated practical activity independently.
