Based on the lack of teachers in remote and impoverished mountainous areas and ethnic minority areas in China,and the uneven structure of the teaching team,the demand for general teachers is becoming increasingly apparent.As the entry threshold for general teachers,the teacher qualification examination for general subjects in primary schools is undoubtedly very important.Although all subjects in primary schools have been opened for teacher qualification examinations in most provinces across the country,Yunnan Province has also added primary teacher qualification examinations in 2018.However,due to the new disciplines,both the policy system and the actual implementation process have returned There are some problems that need to be further improved.This study adopts the method of combining literature research and empirical research,analyzes the problems existing in the current primary school general practitioner qualification examination in Yunnan Province,and puts forward optimization suggestions for the primary school general practitioner qualification examination.First of all,using the method of literature analysis,on the basis of combing the research literature and policy texts,the development process of China's teacher qualification examination and primary school general practitioner qualification examination is combed.China's primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination has gradually moved from the legal level to the practical level,and has successively gone through three main stages: system construction,provincial examination implementation and national examination promotion.In the three different periods,the objects,objectives,contents and methods of the teacher qualification examination are different.Since the Ministry of Education issued a document in the second half of 2017,the number of provinces offering this new subject examination has increased year by year,becoming one of the major changes in the development of the teacher qualification examination.Secondly,by collecting the real questions of the teacher qualification examination,it analyzes the contents,methods and structural proportion of the written examination and interview of the primary school general practitioner qualification examination,and conducts an empirical investigation on the primary school general practitioner preparation candidates.As there is no professional restriction on theregistration of the teacher qualification examination,the investigation objects are two types of students who are not general practitioner teachers' major and general practitioner teachers' major.Using questionnaire and interview,From college administrators,teachers and student affairs departments,we collected specific opinions of different people on the primary school general practitioner qualification examination.Through the processing of recording data and questionnaire data,This paper analyzes the problems existing in the system design and implementation of the primary school general practitioner qualification examination,In view of these problems,drawing lessons from the excellent experience of foreign countries and other provinces,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions:enriching the content and links of the examination,increasing the specialized interview outline for the general subject of primary schools,establishing the professional certification system for the general subject teacher qualification,increasing the number of teacher qualification examinations,and introducing the practice examination into the teacher qualification examination.
