The problem of developing and using Chinese classroom teaching resource serving for junior middle school is not only an important content of the development and utilization of the Chinese course resources, but also a vital process to achieve the teaching goal of the Chinese course and ensure the result of the Chinese classroom teaching. The thesis studies the development and utilization of the Chinese classroom teaching resources in junior middle schools and starts from the distinguishing of these notions:"the language course resources","the Chinese classroom teaching resources"and"the Chinese classroom teaching resources in junior middle schools". Firstly, The thesis through analyzing the current situation of the development and utilization of the Chinese classroom teaching resources in junior middle schools traces the developing history of the development and utilization of the Chinese classroom teaching resources in junior middle schools in the"Syllabus"——a standard for junior middle school Chinese course which has been existing for nearly one century (from 1904 to 2000). The significance of practicing the principle of new Chinese curriculum lies in a deep realization of the development and utilization of the Chinese classroom teaching resources serving for junior middle schools. Then, by combining with some relevant cases of Chinese teaching in junior middle schools, this paper realizes the development and utilization of the Chinese classroom teaching resources serving for junior middle schools from a perspective of junior middle school pupil's psychology and also brings up a specific strategy for developing and using the Chinese classroom teaching resources which is on the basis of junior middle school pupil's features in cognition, character and social communication. Starting From the understanding of the three fundamental elements in the classroom teaching (teacher, student, teaching resources)and their mutual relations, this article proposes to develop and utilize language resources serving for junior middle school's classroom teaching, and establishes the"situation teaching"strategy in classroom teaching with"the sentiment"and"the boundary". Also, based on the summarizing of above research, this article proposes four general principles used in the development of classroom teaching resources——language, directness, openness and economy.
