Research On School-running Characteristics Of Colleges And Universities In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The competition in the 21st century is actually the competition of knowledge and talents. Colleges and universities have made important contribution to the economic development, the social progress, the scientific and technological innovation and personnel training. Since the Reform and Opening up Policy was carried out, Colleges and universities in Inner Autonomous Region have achieved great improvement. A higher education system has already been built including almost all subjects, reasonable structure, the acuter school-running characteristics, and a large number of high-level personnel trained for society. But with the popularization of the higher education, the competitions between colleges and universities become more fierce. Confronted the more fierce competitions, the colleges and universities in Inner Autonomous Region have to set out from the situation of the economic development and develop their own characteristics according to their special situation. Only by doing so can the universities survive and gain the opportunity to develop.Based on the above thoughts, the questions have been discussed in this thesis of the school-running characteristics of colleges and universities in Inner Autonomous Region, and the questions are theoretical study, the analysis on the current situation, the SWOT strategy analysis, and the suggestions. The methods we employ in this thesis are survey, literature, comparison and leadership interviews and so forth. We also choose some typical and representative colleges as case studies. We conclude the features of the school-running characteristics and the successful experience of the acute school-running characteristics of colleges and universities in Inner Autonomous Region. We will also do some analysis and give some suggestions on how to strengthen the school-running characteristics of colleges and universities. By doing so, We can make colleges and universities do more work on the school-running characteristics, and colleges and universities can finally have an acuter chool-running characteristics than ever before.
