On Training And Selection Of Innovated Postgraduates' Supervisors

Innovation has been the most important activity in today' s human being , so the basic task of the high education is to train innovated talent .But at mean time , the diathesis and ability in the teachers of high school have great gap between the demand of the information society and the training of talent. In order to adapt to the society , training innovated talent, especially the postgraduates' supervisors in high school in the ability of innovation, has been imperative under the situation. Meanwhile, the selection of the postgraduates' supervisors also decide the quality of the postgraduates' education. So we must have a systematic and all-around research both in the training of the innovate ability of postgraduates' supervisor and the selection. At this thesis , I try my best to find the problems and the reasons in the training and selection of the postgraduates' supervisors, in order to give my advice of building new system of training and selection for other people' s reference in the theory.
