More and more frontline teachers favor, but in the actual process of teaching, teaching teachers in the use of the problem when there is a lot of problems, for example, the question improper understanding of the meaning of teaching, Implementation of the study design and the lack of resources such as improper and so on. New courses that students through independent, inquiring, cooperative approach to learning, Therefore, in order to better prepare students complete the effective implementation of learning resources is the key to classroom teaching. Along with the constant development of information technology, information resources in the study of classroom teaching in gaining a more and more important position, frontline teachers how to use information technology has been designed to meet the students to develop learning resources? This paper is the new information technology courses and a new perspective on the frontline teachers for the information resources of the study design model.In this paper, the structure is divided into six parts. Preamble of the main topics discussed the origins, the research methods and the significance of the study; If the first chapter discuss on the new curriculum ideas; Chapter II recountProblems teaching theory and new courses teaching background characteristics of the problem; Chapter III explor under the new curriculum the context of the problem of teaching learning resources information of the process structure of design patterns; Chapter IV is Case Analysis; Chapter V propose the existing use of information technology issues and the status of the teaching of informat ion technology requirements.
