In a traditional mathematics course the teacher plays a dominant role, the leading speaker, and always speaks through the class; so students' dominant role has been inversed, and they just obey teacher's arrangement. Reasonable interest, which is often mentioned by teachers, like a calm stream merely, lies quietly in students' minds.With the promoting of a new round of curriculum reform, new teaching concepts have entered middle schools and affected both teachers and students greatly. To truly realize teachers' leading role and students' dominant role, classroom interaction is the only choice, especially when it comes to middle school mathematics teaching. However, at present inefficiency even invalidity still exists in the teaching of middle school mathematics, which makes it difficult to realize the teaching goal and mutual development between teachers and students.Now on the basis of analyzing the factors contributing to inefficient classroom interaction, fully understanding the meaning and significance of effective interaction, as well as large quantities of facts, I have come to the conclusion that:if effective interaction between teachers and students or among students were really achieved in middle school mathematics teaching, the "reason " that lies deeply in students' minds would be spoken out and carried out, thus "reasonable interest" could be applied to practical mathematics teaching. Curiosity, research and discovery are man's instinct, and there is no doubt that studying according to the instinct could cultivate students' interest, and then mathematics course is not that boring or dull for them. Since students' interest in learning mathematics and zeal for mathematics have been inspired, the values like "rationality" , "order" , "harmony" , "beauty" included in mathematics knowledge will be absorbed by each student, as a result, students experience true growth in mathematics course. At the same time, in the progress of effective interaction, teachers' professional skills and personalities will also get improved continuously. To sum up, effective classroom interaction makes it possible to realize the goal of mutual development between teachers and students and the ultimate goal of education——to develop and perfect man.
