Education makes an individual develop well, which is to help the individual develop and shape personality, not only involving its physical health but also concerning its inner psychology. An individual have to be modeled into a healthy personality, to develop the ability of independence, and to transform into a main body developed by self with a consciousness level from a spontaneous level. That is nothing but the aim and task of education.The so-called Individuation-oriented Instruction esteems the distinction of individuals. Whether we are concerned with the instruction aims to make, with the content and methods to choose, or with the environment to create, every student should be considered enough according to each character. As a result, educators can teach students in accordance of their aptitude, and make them to be balanced development of morality, intelligence and physical fitness. Unique is a symbol of personality, which is an evidence to distinguish different individuals. And sociality is an essential character of it, which shows that the unique of personality is radically different from unique of others. All in all, Individuation-oriented Instruction is no more than to shape an individual' s unique sociality.This paper does some researches and analysis, aiming at the aspects that the Individuation-oriented Instruction is influence on students' comprehensive quality. And it probes theoretically into the principle and evaluation of the Individuation-oriented Instruction. At last, the conceptions of personality and the Individuation-oriented Instruction were defined. At the same time, a new concept based on recent reforms of curricula was made out. According to the indexes of evaluation for Individuation-oriented Instruction in classroom, we collected the correlated data through the questionnaire survey and analyzed the influence of Individuation-oriented Instruction in information technology courses with the statistical methods. Finally, we discussed the approaches of how to spread the Individuation-oriented Instruction with the way of linking theory with practice.
