The traditional ethical ideology is the cultural origin of which the ethic constructs in contemporary society. As an important part of the Chinese traditional moral ideology, the ethical ideology of ancient Chinese enlightenment education takes disseminating thoughts and moral standards of the Confucianism ethics as its main content. It has strongly reflected the Chinese traditional culture spirit. Its influences are ingrained to the Chinese people's national disposition and in-depth psychological constitution. Thoroughly excavating and researching the excellent moral wisdom of the ancient Chinese enlightenment education has an important enlightening significance for strengthening the moral reconstruction in contemporary society, carrying forward the Chinese people's outstanding traditional culture and promoting the Chinese people's moral accomplishment and the spiritual cohesive force entirely.This article takes the classical literatures of ancient Chinese enlightenment education which has spread for a long time and is still accepted widely today as a foundation, mainly focus on the following aspects from the angle of profound ethical ideology which it contains. The foreword part shows the importance of studying ancient Chinese enlightenment education today through analyzing the relations between ethical ideology of ancient Chinese enlightenment education and Chinese traditional culture. The first part gives us the basic understanding of the ancient Chinese enlightenment education through analyzing the basic concept and content of the literatures which it contains. Based on this, we could draw a conclusion that the ancient Chinese enlightenment education contains plentiful ethical ideology and takes moral education to the childhood ignorance as its main content. The second part mainly generalizes the primary content of the ethical ideology of ancient Chinese enlightenment education with four aspects: Taking'keeping track of the human relations'as the basic goal,'the filial piety'as the core request, the'moral and soul accomplishment'as the basic approach and taking daily proprieties as the basic criterion. The third part analyzes the positive and negative influences of which the ethical ideology of ancient Chinese enlightenment education brings in the ancient Chinese society. Based on this, we have made the basic appraisal of the position and effect which the ethical ideology of ancient Chinese enlightenment education will take in the overall criterion construction of contemporary society. The fourth part emphatically elaborates the contemporary value about ethical ideology of ancient Chinese enlightenment education. Going deep into the outstanding wisdom of the ethical ideology of ancient Chinese enlightenment education will be propitious to carrying forward the Chinese people's outstanding traditional culture, promoting the contemporary young people's moral education level and will have vital constructive significance for the human life in the 21st century.The ethical ideology of ancient Chinese enlightenment education contains plentiful moral wisdom. It has specifically and clearly reflected the ethical value in the ancient Chinese society. The traditional culture spirits which the ethical ideology of ancient Chinese enlightenment education reflected have provided the traditional moral foundation for ancient Chinese society, and also have provided the deep morality foundation for the entire moral system construction in contemporary society. Its ingrained influence to the Chinese in-depth nationality psychology subconscious decides that it will still occupy the irreplaceable position in the overall criterion construction for the future Chinese society. In current time, our country is devoting into the socialism construction of'the harmonious culture'. In this new time, we should earnestly reflect and learn the outstanding ideology resources from Chinese traditional culture. Studying ancient Chinese enlightenment education could enrich the traditional resource space of which we should research. Its ethical ideology could provide estimable ideology wisdom for strengthening the moral construction today. This article will make some preliminary discussion for this.
