Research On Assisting Measure And Care For Poverty Students In Guangxi Higher Education Institutions

Along with continuously going deeper into the higher education organizational reform in our country, especially after the implement of system unification and scale enlargement for students recruitment in institution of higher learning, the problem of poverty-stricken student has being more and more pressing, has become an can not be ignored social problem. In this thesis, we investigated the poverty-stricken college students in a random sampling survey, according the standard of poverty and extremely poor student of higher education institutions in Guangxi Zhuang National Autonomy Region, and designed the survey content based on the practical background and cause for the problem of poverty-stricken student of higher education institutions in Guangxi Autonomy. With the research methods based on literature, survey and theoretical analysis, and in the way of "Integrating Theory with Practice", firstly, the actuality and cause for the problem of poverty college student in Guangxi were investigated and analyzed, then some instructing idea and basic principles are suggested for the solution of the problem, and finally problems existed in present aid strategies of nation and Guangxi were pointed out and corresponding solutions were provided. The idea and detail measure for the solution of the poverty college student problem were systemically and completely suggested from the perspectives of government, higher education institutions, society and poverty students. This thesis is divided into four parts: 1, introduction; 2, the actuality and cause for the problem of poverty college student in Guangxi; 3, the solution strategies for the poverty college student problem in higher education institutions; 4, More attentions should be paid on the education and care for poverty college student.
