Carrying Forward Harmonious Idea: The New Way To Achieve Education Equality

Harmonious tradition has a long history in China. Based on Chinese traditional culture, harmonious idea means a lot in new era. Developing education and achieving education equality is the inherent request of construction of harmonious society. As the core of education, primary education equality has been certainly attached more and more attention. In NPC and CPPCC of 2008, Many represents call for primary education equality. Harmonious means equality, justness,openness, so does primary education. The thesis will first summarize the great achievements primary education has made, then analyze the unequal phenomenon of primary education and its reasons, at last, learn from good experience of primary education development home and abroad,and find new ways to achieve primary education equality based on harmonious idea.
