"Education" is based on the knowledge process of Church of other people's thinking, thinking about how to make use of their own to create more social wealth, to maximize the realization of self value. It is a subsystem of the social system, which bears a certain social function. And people often say that the education includes elementary education, primary education, secondary education and higher education, continuing education and social practice stage six. While education fairness is the eternal pursuit of the development of education, its essence is the "people-oriented" and the all-round development of people. This subject to the fairness of the higher education in China as the research object, combined with professional knowledge in theory and practice, from the refraction of history in the future, through the analysis of the education fairness, especially higher education fair reasons, finally put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem, the full text is divided into six parts, according to the logic of putting forward the problem, problem analysis and problem solving, from multiple angles to were in detail.The first part, this paper expounds the problems of educational equity research the role and significance of the harmonious society construction of our country, summarize the domestic education scientists, sociologists of education fairness research achievements and their proposed academic point of view.The second part, starting from the concept of harmonious society, and fair education development process and its characteristics, makes the detailed elaboration to the harmonious society and the education fair. Because in the course of the development of history, it is the pursuit of harmonious society and education fair pace never stopped, the different historical period understanding of harmonious society and education fair also each are not identical, the real harmonious society and education only fairness under the socialist system can consummate day by day.In the third part, review the history, since the 30 years of reform and opening up to the Chinese government in the pursuit of education fairness and obtained achievements are summarized, also points out some problems in our country in terms of educational equity is worth discussion and improvement. Characteristics of this section in accordance with the education unfair phenomena, the inter regional education unfair between urban and rural education unfair, inter school education unfair, gender education unfair, social class education unfair, government regulations execution caused by poor education is not fair, for the following analysis of the reason and solve the problem to prepare.The fourth part, causes of the fairness of education from three aspects of economy, system and idea analysis. Through the analysis of the data and actual cases found to insufficient capital investment and regional development imbalance of economic factors is the root cause of educational fairness; drawbacks to the allocation of resources is not reasonable, the household registration system, lack of system guarantee, unreasonable charges phenomenon of institutional factors are direct causes for the problems of educational equity, mainly to the traditional education ideas and feudal traditional ideological factors is the historical cause of educational fairness.The fifth part, the basic theory of Ideological and political education, sociology and economics, combined with the development of the construction of a socialist harmonious society, discusses the inner relationship between education fairness and harmonious society. In order to realize the strategic target of the development of society at the same time, fully embodies the education fairness in the harmonious society's role and significance.The sixth part, through the analysis of the status and causes of unfair education problems, from the policy, procedures and judicial construction and other aspects, put forward some suggestions to solve the problems of educational equity in China. The author thinks that, in order to promote the harmonious society under the background of the smooth implementation of fair education, the government should give full play to the leading role of macro regulation and, in addition to the need to continue to increase investment in education and the rational allocation of resources, and actively carry out institutional innovation, still need to further establish and improve the state of the disadvantaged groups funding system, strengthening the building of educational justice etc.. At the same time, to realize the fairness of education is the whole society common goal, society, schools and teachers should also try to maintain the fairness of education.
