Along with the social development,people's pursuit of constantly improve,sport s dance slowly into people's lives,now sports dance as a new sport project is popular with people,he's by the "social activities" development to the present "athletics projec t",through the baptism of the time for a long time now people will dance sport standar dization gradually.As a sports project integrating sports and art,sports dance can not only give play to its unique self-cultivation effect,but also deeply edify personal char acter,so as to achieve the positive effect of both internal and external cultivation.Lon g-term learning of sports dance enables people to achieve certain development both p hysically and psychologically.As an important subject concerned by the country,the development of students is related to the development of all aspects of society.The st udents into high school,all kinds of psychological problems in this period gradually al ong with the growth of body and mind,the importance of mental health in high school do not neglect by study,especially relative to the high school girls,the usual daily ph ysical exercise time is relatively small,long-term sit and sitting position is not correct it is easy to cause the body fat and body shape.This experiment wanted to explore wh ether sports dancing would have a certain impact on students' physical and psychologi cal health.Therefore,this study took the high school girls in zibo no.4 high school as the experimental object.The experiment lasted for 16 weeks.35 girls from class one g rade five were selected as the control group.The two classes of girls had never been e xposed to dancesport learning before.The experimental group had two extra classes o f dancesport training every Saturday in addition to the daily learning life.The training place was selected from the off-campus training schools,and the encouraging teachin g method and the teaching method of men and women learning together were adopted for collective teaching.A control group followed a normal learning lifestyle.This stu dy mainly used the physical self-esteem scale(PSPP)adapted by xu xia et al.,and dist ributed questionnaires to a total of 68 subjects in two times.Before the experiment,qu estionnaires were distributed and statistically analyzed in the break time under the guidance of the head teacher.All the data were sorted out for mathematical statistical ana lysis.The results showed that :(1)the average PSPP total score of the experimental gro up and the control group before the experiment was 69.52 and 68.82,respectively,wh ich was in the lower middle level,and there was no significant difference in the leve l of body self-esteem between the two groups.(2)after the experiment,the levels of al l dimensions in the experimental group were improved,and the body self-worth and p hysical attractiveness were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the exercise ability w as significantly improved(P<0.05).(3)there was no significant difference in body sel f-esteem before and after the control group experiment.(4)after 16 weeks of the expe riment,each dimension of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the dimension of body self-worth was significantly higher than that of the contr ol group(P<0.01),and physical attractiveness and physical fitness were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).From this,we can draw the following c onclusions:(1)Before the experiment,there was no significant difference in each dimension between the two groups of samples,and the subjects' body self-esteem was at the lower middle level.(2)after 32 class hours of sports dance learning,the body self-esteem of high sch ool girls has been improved in every dimension,among which the body self-worth an d physical attractiveness have been significantly improved,and their sports ability has been significantly improved.Physical self-worth,physical attractiveness and physical quality were all higher than those of the control group,indicating that sports dancing had a great influence on these three dimensions of high school girls,the experimental result are consistent with hypothesis 1.(3)after 16 weeks of sports dance learning,the overall level of body self-esteem of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.This indicates that the intervention of sports dancing can more effectively improve the ove rall level of high school girls' physical self-esteem.the experimental result are consistent with hypothesis 2.
