A Study About The Diversification Of The Postgraduate Training Model In China

The postgraduate education develops from past to today, and experiences the trainee style and the profession style, the profession style, the diversified education models. The diversification of the postgraduate training model not only is the inevitable tendency of the postgraduate education' reformation and development, but also meet the need of the social economic development. The postgraduate training model which is diversified cultivates a lot of high-level talents, so the high-level talents can meet the need of the economic construction, the science and technology advancement, the social development. Then, the postgraduate education promotes the sustainable development of the economy and society. In the paper, we use "A study about the diversification of the postgraduate training model in China" as its theme and discuss the problems and the specific strategies of the Chinese postgraduate training model, the necessity analysis of the diversification about the Chinese postgraduate training model.The study is based on the elaboration of the historical evolution of the postgraduate training model and analyzes the problems of the Chinese postgraduate training model, such as the cultivation aim is single, the system of student enrollment is single, the curriculum design is single, the culture methods is single, the ways of tutor instruction is single, the degree types is single, and so on. Then we put forward a series of basic measures to optimize it, such as reaching the variety of talents training aims, reaching the variety of the system of student enrollment, reaching the variety of the curriculum design, reaching the variety of the culture methods, reaching the variety of the ways of tutor instruction, reaching the variety of the degree types.The study analyzes the reasons of the diversification of the postgraduate training model from the economic development and the industrial structure adjustment, the individual differences of postgraduate students, the development of postgraduate education, the diversification and level in universities, the unbalance of the structural distribution about postgraduate education. So the diversification of the postgraduate training model in our country has become the inevitable trend.
