The reform of evaluation of comprehensive quality of high school students is an important content of modern basic education in our country.It is an important measure to deepen the quality education and realize the goal of basic education reform.The comprehensive quality evaluation of students helps the students to promote the comprehensive development,helps the schools to clear the training objectives and training direction,and helps the teachers to teach students in accordance with their aptitude and to improve the quality of education and teaching.The portfolio assessment is an important method to evaluate students,comprehensive quality,a kind of qualitative and quantitative assessment method of students' learning process in modern education.Portfolio assessment method proposed by the education sector of United States has been accepted and widely adopted in more and more countries since the mid-80s of the last century.In December 2014,the Ministry of Education issued the new comprehensive quality evaluation of ordinary senior high school made it clear that it was necessary to establish a comprehensive quality assessment portfolio for each student to record the experience of students' study and growth in a realistic way.The comprehensive quality portfolio evaluation of the secondary school in China started late and it has not yet established a mature and perfect implementation system.Therefore,adopting the questionnaire survey,this paper tries to study the aspects of evaluation index,evaluation method,evaluation subject and evaluation procedure in the implementation of portfolio of students'comprehensive quality,and actively explores a kind of scientific,fair and reasonable comprehensive quality portfolio evaluation system from the theoretical and practical aspects for high school students.This paper is divided into four parts to study and prove the comprehensive quality portfolio assessment of high school students.The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background and significance of the comprehensive quality portfolio assessment,the existing research situation at home and abroad,the theoretical basis,the basic idea and the method of the research.The second part is about the system design and application,which focuses on the related concepts and design concepts of high quality students' comprehensive quality portfolio assessment system.On this basis,the author puts forward the evaluation system of "five-dimensional,two-level and record content".Combined with case studies,from the students realistic records,participate in volunteer service,community activities,social practice and other dimensions,this paper adopts the questionnaire survey,action research and other methods to analyze the effectiveness of the comprehensive quality portfolio assessment system.The third part is about the existing problems and it mainly from the single curriculum system,the incomplete evaluation system and evaluation concept analyzes the existing problems in the comprehensive quality portfolio assessment system.The fourth part is the development proposal.On the basis of theoretical research and practice exploration,this part proposes the establishment of a implementation mechanism of comprehensive quality portfolio assessment to " develop a program,ensure the two organizations and the two systems,pay attention to three time points of evaluation,give full play to the four functions of evaluation,clear the five main bodies of evaluation,build six courses ".In this paper,the highlights of this paper are based on the practice of comprehensive quality portfolio assessment in a secondary school.Based on the actual situation of the school,the secondary index of high school students' comprehensive quality portfolio assessment is designed.It is hoped that through the students' realistic record,the descriptive evaluation of the students,the mutual evaluation of students and the evaluation scale of the combination of quantification,the main body of evaluation will be fully functional,the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the comprehensive quality evaluation of high school students are improved and some reference value is provided for the new direction of high school students' comprehensive quality evaluation.
