The Energetic development of Tibet's secondary professional education is an urgent need in improving the current situation of poor skilled working people, in developing science and technology diathesis of Tibetan, and also in propelling employment and municipal economy. Making great efforts to construct a high quality teachers'group is a basic guarantee. professional education, brought from local economy, must service to local economy so that itself can grow well. The dense parochial characteristic of professional education decides that teachers in Tibet secondary professional school should have especial diathesis, such as ideology and polity's diathesis,"bilingual"diathesis,national professional education view etc. The professional education in developed region both internal and overseas has been developed for a long time, they have abundant experiences, so this research also has association with the professional education of some developed country, such as Germany,Japan,Britain and so on, searching for their theories of achievement and classical experiences on Constructing group of teachers. It is especial social environment that Tibet secondary professional education can survive and develop. So, when we use the classical experiences of developed region overseas for reference, we must rely on local practice, aiming at giving advices which have strong pertinence for construction of the group of teachers in Tibet secondary professional education.Finally In this paper, based on many different aspects such as consummate system,reinforce base construct,strengthen the construction of teachers on specialty course and teachers of exercitation coach etc, many available countermeasures are given.
