| Rural education which restricts the improvement of our country’s education level,To speed up the development of rural education,it is urgent to build a good team of rural teachers who have to go,stay and teach well.In order to achieve this goal,In 2006,the Ministry of Education,Ministry of Finance,Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security department,and the State Commission Office for Public Sector Reform of Peoples Republic of China enacted a joint program "rural compulsory education school teachers in special post plan"(hereinafter referred to as the "special post plan"),It is a supplementary mechanism for rural teachers to create a smooth mechanism for the recruitment of teachers in rural areas,The development of rural education not only meet the requirements of rural education in the number of teachers,but also the pursuit of teachers to enhance the quality of the special post teachers’ professional development has gradually attracted people’s attention,we are aware of the teachers professional development is of great significance,This is not only an important way of their own development and to realize the value of life,the key factor which influences the quality of rural education.In order to understand the status of special post teachers’ professional development objective,this study selected teachers part of Jilin province W County primary school as the research object,according to the study,using the questionnaire survey,combined with interviews conducted an empirical survey on the current situation of professional development,according to the survey results of the objective analysis of the teachers in the professional the development of the problems,and put forward relevant proposals for the implementation of their professional development.This study includes the following sections: the first section mainly expounds the primary school professional development of teachers in special post review,the previous research results were reviewed,standing on the shoulders of giants of the study;the second section discusses the theoretical foundation of teacher professional development,this theory can be more scientific and professional development of special post to investigate the related problems of primary school teachers;the third section briefly introduced the basic situation of primary school in W County of Jilin Province special post teachers;In the fourth section,through the empirical research on the present situation of the professional development of the primary school teachers in W County,Jilin Province,the author analyzes the problems and shortcomings;In the fifth section,based on the results of the survey,we found the problems existing in the professional development of primary school teachers in W county;The sixth section is mainly based on the above findings,and puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to realize the professional development of primary school teachers. |
