This thesis focuses on information literacy of high-school teachers in Yanbian region . As the new requirement to our preliminary education , when we had been entering into this Information Society , facing with the rapid development of information technology , the Information Literacy has become one of the most important significant standards for evaluation for teachers . As a result , the preliminary education reform , all-round development of education and fundamental innovation on curriculum has been rapidly implemented and developed substantially . The preliminary education , which aims at promoting all- round development on all students , emphasizing on cultivating the abilities and motivation of life-long education , focusing on creative spirits and practice ability , brings forward the new. requirement for teachers to build up their new teaching concepts and convert their teaching behaviors , implement their knowledge structure and renew the orientation of their teaching role . As significant as this research posted , teachers plays a fundamental and key role to the education reform , so as to the development of teacher's information literacy and professionalism .It is based on the theoretical research on "professional teaching development","theory of information literacy","school -based teacher training" and "theory of constructivism" . The research methods including "literature method","comparative method","questionnaire" and"analysis method" . It is a research and analysis on the currently situation of teacher's information literacy in Yanbian region , with an understanding of the total level and differentiation on every effective factors , in order to get a comprehensive status and current situation of the teacher's information technology training in this area , and the questions teachers are facing . At last , it gives some suggestions on improving the high - school teacher's information literacy in Yanbian region ,Based on the analyzing data , some conclusions are summarized as follows : The first , Yanbian region high-school teacher already have basic information literacy , among them , information consciousness and information morality circumstance are better, the information knowledge is absent , and the information competence comes short of good level . The second , as the analysis of effective factors , age and time of work of teacher show significance influence to the teacher's information cultivated manners composing , existence difference , the city of school,sex and nation are out of existence difference . The third , teachers proposing to a high demand and a positive attitude for teacher training , there is a more reasonable set of training, lack of diversity training methods, training policy to be further improved . The fourth , on the problems facing the analysis, awareness of information to be updated , the information with the traditional concept of integration of education philosophy of education and information for further accelerate the building of the environment ; do not fully understand the network , network utilization rate is not high ; information technology just a simple application , stay in low - level , information technology and curriculum integration is not optimistic ; teacher training a long way to go .As shown in the conclusion , a few suggestions are putting forward : new cognition and recognition on cultivating teacher's information consciousness , promoting a balancing development on education environment construction , brings on track of the integration of information technology with coursing teaching , more focus on information literacy training .
