Network School education-based computer technology has recently attracted growing attention, having broken time and space constraints of traditional school education. Network School education, which traditional education cannot match, has many advantages, such as resource sharing, personalized learning and others. In addition, it impacts learners'learning adaptability through new means, methods and ideas. There are two main fronts impacting learners' learning adaptability: learner-related factors and network school-related factors. Therefore, such factors were taken up by the author as the focal point for thorough investigation and study. In China, the Network School has been developed over the past 10 years, and while there are also many associated empirical studies, few investigate and assess learning adaptability from the student perspective. Moreover, surveys concerning factors that have led to non-adaptive phenomenon of network members are also extremely rare and those that exist lack practical solutions and strategies. Therefore, through investigation and analysis of high school students in the Yanbian area network, this study aims to put forward recommendations to improve learning adaptability of network members so as to promote the sustainable development of the network school and to provide a reference for nationwide network education reform. In this paper, the author applied literature, questionnaire, and interview methods to research the adaptability of learning in high school students in the Yanbian autonomous region network schools. Gradually, based on thorough research, the learning styles of part of the network members were measured as well. After organizing and adding up data, the author found that network members didn't adapt well to current network school education, but the main affecting factor is from the network school itself. Then, the author summed up the main problems and analyzed thoroughly the causes. Finally, the author put forward practical recommendations for improving learning adaptability of network members with regard to both the network school aspects and learners' aspects.Because of the lack of network school learning theory as well as area specificity in the literature, the author consciously referred to constructivist learning theory, learning theory, adaptive and instructional systems design theory, educational psychology theory and integrated theory of multicultural education and artificial intelligence technology as a theoretical basis of the paper so as to guide the research and to ensure the scientific nature of the study. The focus of this study is mainly focused on how a network school could adapt to network members through reform. The contribution of this study is to investigate from the perspective of learners existing network school problems and to put forward concrete and practical solutions. The innovations of this study are:first, this paper proposes to design a multi-cultural network teaching platform to achieve the Web-based Educational equity. Secondly, from the perspective of network members, it proposes to design a Problem-Based Intelligent Guidance System (PBITS). Thirdly, based on current deficiencies in teaching interaction design and teaching environment design, the author proposed the introduction of virtual network classroom systems in network school education modified and improved by network school educational practice. Finally, the author proposed situational teaching applies to network school teaching, and made a reasonable design.
