With the Construction Research and Application of the theory of the continuous deepening of the cognitive and learning theory of constructivism situation has become to provide a meaningful learning and to promote knowledge to real-life situations into an important theoretical study. In the course of China's reform of the music frenzy, the increasingly fiery situational teaching music, this teaching method for the continuous deepening of the implementation of the new curriculum, deepens the education reforms is of great significance and role.The junior secondary school level music situational teaching methods and teaching model for the study, in the full light of the current education constructivist learning theory on the basis of, for junior high school music disciplines characteristics and constructivist learning theory under the guidance of the junior high school music situational teaching concept to define, analyze its implementation significance. In order to understand the context junior high school music teaching situation, the paper against the situational teaching junior high school music related issues, 20 in Wuhan City in 20 junior high school music teacher and four of the 680 junior high school students conducted a survey and follow-up interviews. Based on the survey questionnaire, statistical analysis, the focus of the current study junior high school music teaching situations in the course of the issue, and reveals the junior high school music teaching situational constraints.
