At present, one of the main goals of the reform of classroom teaching is to change the traditional teacher-centered teaching model, and build a new mode of teaching in which the students can fully play the principal role on learning, and teachers can play the leading role in classrooms. The teaching model of guided learning plan is a new teaching mode that can reflect the new concept of modern education. It is guided by advanced education concepts, educational theories and directive principles of education in China and abroad. Supported by learning plans, it takes guiding as a main way, self– Learning as the core , and aims at high efficiency for the purpose. At present, the domestic study for model of classroom teaching is more theoretical research, teaching practice is a relatively small study. As a result, in today's tide of education reform, it is very necessary to study the mode of teaching systematically from practice perspective. In this article, the author takes many study methods of teaching experiments, surveys, interviews, observations, and other research methods, and studies the teaching model of guided learning plan in information technology courses of junior high schools in a nearly all-round way. This article is divided into five parts. The first part discusses the selection of background papers and significance of the research and summarizes the objectives, content and methods. The second part discusses the case study from the introduction of the mode of teaching content, the theoretical basis for teaching, and other areas, have done a detailed exposition of the theory. On the basis of the foregoing theory, the third part discusses on how to use the teaching model of guided learning plan in information technology courses of junior high schools, and chooses Zibo No.18 Middle School as the experimental study base. The experimental school classes use the case study guide teaching mode and the appropriate teaching strategies for teaching and learning; and the contrast completely use information technology conventional teaching model for teaching and learning. Statistics carried out before and after the experiment of the two classes of information technology on students'interest in learning, the main study, and the ability to explore and information technology in areas such as academic testing and use of SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis. The results show that after experiment, the students of the experimental class are more interested in learning of information technology, a significant difference; information technology and academic learning is superior to the control of the main classes, but did not show significant difference. The results show that guided the case study teaching model and teaching strategies in the teaching of information technology in secondary schools is applicable and effective. The use of models and teaching strategies, effective information technology to improve students'interest in learning, and explore the ability to find information on the subject of academic study and have a positive impact. The fourth part analyses the effectiveness of the experimental model of teaching and the problems caused in the experiments and proposes the use of the model's attention to the matter. Part five summarizes the entire study to carry out research and makes the next step of research.
