| For schools, the final target of development is the growth of students. And for students, the most important cornerstone of growth is the development of teachers. In this special century of science and information, formal schooling gets high expectation. Schools are expected to cultivate more capable persons who can adapt themselves to the new society and advance the progress of society,the theme which is how to improve the teachers'profession training gets the most attention from every corner in the world. Now,there are a great number of training organizations to promote teachers'professional attainments. But the results almost satisfy nobody. In the training target, the organizers are always devoted to the imparting of reasonable technological knowledge, but ignore how to realize the worth of teachers'lives. It seems impossible to motivate teachers to seek self-development. In the training ways, something is always simplified or omitted, especially the process of teachers'growth and its regularity. The training provides all the teachers with nearly the same forms and contents, it's really hard to satisfy the developing needs of teachers in different levels. The training should be in accordance with teachers'professional needs; timely directions and help should be provided according to the period characteristics of teachers'professional development. It has already been an exigency to be resolved.The research faces to the primary and middle school teachers in the rural district of the City of Zibo, connecting existing research theories, under the precondition of the researches and analysis of the features and demands of teachers of different developing stages, makes the teachers classify green-hand teachers, qualified teachers and capable teachers three levels; according to the features and demands of teachers of different developing stages, researches and implements teacher level training; organizes and implements a series of training activities in different level teachers; improves the life quality of teachers and promotes them to get the final pursuit, in order to gain a happy and whole educational life .The research is based on cases, adopts ways of theoretical research and cases. Due to working on the teacher training now, so can participate the whole course, preparation, implement and research. Under the concrete, real, elegant and analytical experience, the author accounts achievements and problems of the course of the teacher training, gradually discovers questions, probes questions and perfects strategies. Firstly, the author adopts questionnaires, interviews and class observations, deeply analyses the situation of rural primary and middle school teacher training, and grasps the demands of the teachers. Secondly, analyses the characters of green-hand teachers, qualified teachers and capable teachers, mainly displays the diversities of educational concepts, self-development motivation, technological knowledge and practical wisdom to different level teachers. Finally, to the features and demands of teachers of different developing stages, organizes and implements a series of training activities; during the activities constantly concludes experience and renovates questions, initially builds the whole frame of rural primary and middle school teacher level training in the district. |
