The following several questions existing while using common speech of the countryside teachers of middle and primary schools of area of Zhengzhou: First, thought and knowledge, feel that to speak common speech has a little effect on educational teaching result; Can not have a greater impact on students' language either if not speaking common speech ; Speak common speech will the jokes of people around. Second, thinking make tendency, speak into influence of dialect for a long time, will appear thinking can not catch up with while speaking common speech, or the dialect and common speech are mixed with using. Third, dialect interfere, initial consonant, simple or compound vowel of a Chinese syllable, tone initial consonant, simple or compound vowel of a Chinese syllable, tone, recipient of sound while speaking common speech influence but is it pronounce uncompletely to cause, form the intonation of dialects. Fourth, study condition, there are few persons who speak the standard of common speech around them, there are few persons with competent common speech, lack guide of front to their common speech.The factor of teacher's common speech current situation of middle and primary schools of rural area of Zhengzhou is as follows. The influence of the dialect of Zhengzhou and Central Plains culture makes common speech that these teachers speak have obvious dialect mark; It is a great obstacle of speaking good common speech of these teachers that distribution of the Ancient Entering Tone Words. Current situation and developing of the language of students hope and need to make a lot of teachers study and improve common speech; As income to speak dialect is greater than speaking common speech, it slow down the paces of rural teachers to learn and use of common speech .This thesis has absorbed and used idea and experience of humanism , behaviorism theory for reference, will apply to the practice of the training of common speech of middle and primary schools of countryside of area of Zhengzhou in the independent study and cooperative study method. Have strengthened the science and pertinence that train to countryside teacher's common speech of middle and primary schools of area of Zhengzhou.Tactics adopted to the training of common speech of countryside Middle and primary schools teachers of Zhengzhou area is as follows. First, overcome the psychological obstacle, encourage studying morale. Lead student's correct understanding to popularize common speech andrelation of speaking dialect, analyse the advantage of common speech that students concentrate on learning to be trained, proceed with economics respect and study the far-reaching meaning of common speech clearly. Second, find the difficult study point accurately, lighten the pressure of studying . Proceed corresponding relation with the dialect of Zhengzhou and the common speech, find out the corresponding law, to not according with the phenomenon of the law ,as the focal point of memory , avoid blindness; Third, choose the scientific method, improve learning efficiency. By small to is it regard the basic form as to make up, regard making up the teaching material by oneself as the main content, regard correcting the pronunciation as the main purpose . Training divides three stages: Preparatory stage —Form the study groups, propose the training demand; Train stage -Clear the training task before training, demonstrated the trained goal, finished the task for a fixed period of time .In training let student listen and say to each other, give full play to every positive factor, increase the exchange chance, accelerate feedback frequency , improve learning efficiency. Summarize and appraise in time after training, let students show and share the training result, make everyone have a fulfillment, study each other , improve together, define the next striving direction. Measure stage --Test and summarize. Fourth, study the law according to the language , build an atmosphere of study, repeated intensive training, feedback the results of learning constantly.In a word, advanced educational teaching theory, scientific training method and reasonable pointed training material, are the successful assurance to the training of common speech of Zhengzhou area countryside teachers of middle and primary schools.
