Elementary and secondary art courses in our country have been influnced by professional education for a long time.Making subject be the center of the course struture is the value orientation of art course.In the case of it ,art teaching persons pay attention to skill training and the course doesn't have its clear goal. In 2001, our country began elementary education reform . How should our course serve quality education? What qualities should we make our students develop?There is clear spiritual guidance on these sides of this course refom. Special emphasis on art and learning to be linked to student life, and social link. Our government put forward a policy"Carrying out country,religion,school three bands course maragement". Religion and schools both have power to decide what course we should have. This integration of resources for local cultural arts courses provide policy support.Elementary art course heed lively content.Religion culture resource has the characterby chance.It has so excellent personal characters and all kinds od customs that it is the ideal stage to develop children's sence of beauty, the ability to image and create and make their bodies healthy. Xing Tai not only has a long histry, but also is a place that has colourful culture, plentiful resourse,outstanding persons, All these can be translated into real lesson materials. The reserch's range is around Xing Tai city and the countries of it. Culture resourse that I collected and organized are typical of this area. According to its characteristics,we can divide the culture resourse and social culture resourse. First, I collect many materials, Carding a five natural landscape, twenty-five heritage monuments, nine kinds of local folklore, seven kinds of local restaurants, seven historical figures.then know about Xing Tai art course situation and the development of religion culture resourse and the situation of useness through doing reserch and interviewing. Last, I find problems summarize regularity and experience from it.At the same time, I make use of my reserch recults in teaching action and get a better teaching effect. In the reserch, I collect materials by document method, reserch method, interview method, experiment method and have a interview of 160 students and 18 art's teachers in Xing Tai city and in the countries belonging to it who are in 5 elementary and secondary school, then analog their commer regularity. On the basic of reserch, I bring out available advice about how religion culture resourse cconvert into teaching materials. the development and use of local cultural resources of the five principles, namely the principle of adaptability and experience of principle, the principle of comprehensive, personalized principle, workable principles, and then make three modes, namely infiltration of art teaching mode, art school-based intervention Model curriculum, integrated practice model. Finally, to sum up the development and use of local cultural resources of the general steps, teachers should have a detailed analog of their local culture and find out culture resourse fitted for themselves, then make a reserch subject according to the students'chamacter, the emirenment of school and the charater of this culture resourse, and then we design taeching process, prepare for teaching, finally we will have active teaching courses. Through these steps, the ultimate local cultural resources into their art classroom teaching .
