This article utilizes literature research techniques and so on material law, expert interview law, mathematical method of average, logical analytic method, cut-and-try method to improve the university student body function horizontal aspect to the kick boxing training to conduct the deep research.This article take Hebei project university 2007 levels of 68 (age as 20. 12 gentlemen 1. 08) the undergraduate is the object of study, and divides into the experimental group stochastically (n=37) and the control group (n=31). Afterward, the control group carries on the normal study and the life, but the experimental group (n=37) piece carries on six month-long kick boxing exercise prescription trainings, its prescription content summary is as follows:1,ovement project: Kick boxing technique and tactics training.2,ovement intensity: By myself maximum heart rate 60%-75%.3,Movement time: Each time the movement time is 40-80 minutes, total 6 months.4,Movement frequency: Every week 3-6 times.5,Matters needing attention: After before completing the movement the warming-up exercise and the movement had finished the reorganization activity, maintained the training the rhythmicity and has the oxygen.Around experiment we to two group of student's following physiological targets:1,Cardiopulmonary function target;2,Bodily composition target;3,Muscular strength target: Right hand power of gripping;4,Flexible target: Seat body anteflexion. Carried on the processing analysis using the spss.10 data statistics software to the data, the result has been as follows:First, cardiopulmonary function target:after the experimental group passes through six month-long the kick boxing special trainings, the vital capacity, the heart rate, the systolic pressure, the diastolic pressure, the biggest oxygen uptake measures five targets around to be quite even has the obvious difference (p<0. 05). two, body composition target:after the experimental group passes through six month-long the kick boxing special trainings, the body weight index, the body weight, around the degreasing body weight three targets contrasts obviously drops, difference remarkable (p>0. 05). three, muscular strength target: experimental group right hand power of gripping after six month kick boxing special training increases, around the comparison has the significance difference (p<0. 05). four, flexible target: undergoes six month kick boxing special training, the experimental group seat body anteflexion elevates, around the comparison has the significance difference (p>0. 05). demonstrated by above each physiology target's statistical result: The kick boxing special training may strengthen university student's cardiopulmonary function, the change healthy university student's bodily composition, enhances the healthy university student's flexibility and the strength quality.
