The group of principal and teacher are concerned by people in the global tide of education. In the field of management psychology, more and more scholar have paid attention to studying the principal leadership, the teacher collective efficacy and the teacher group commitment.The author studied this article on the base theory of transformational Leadership and transactional leadership. But in the former research, the researcher pure research transformation leadership way, this research the transformation, the transaction leadership will unify studies the middle school principal's leadership characteristic; The research on teacher collective efficacy becomes therefore one of the hotspots in the educational realm. In the realm of education, teacher collective efficacy as a variable number of studies. But the collective efficacy of teachers as the dependent variable is still very little research; Many studies show that the teacher group commitment and principals of leadership, teacher collective efficacy have very close relations, so this article will examine the role of intermediary regulation.So this thesis takes leadership style of middle school principals (transformational leadership and transactional leadership) as independent variable, teacher organizational commitment as intervening variable, and teacher collective efficiency as dependent variable to explore the relationship among them and construct several structural models.The conclusions were drawn as following:(1) Significant differences of the middle school principals' leadership, the teacher collective efficacy and the teacher group commitment were found comparing the different anthropological variables (gender, age, the years of as a teacher and so on) and different organizational characters.(2) According to the results of analysis of variation and analysis of regression, we found that the transformational leadership affect positively the teacher collective efficacy and the teacher group commitment. (3) The transactional leadership affects the teacher collective efficiency and the teacher group commitment to a certain degree.(4) The teacher group commitment can adjust the relationship between principals' leadership and the teacher collective efficacy.
