In May 2003, the Ministry of Education issued the "full-time ideological and moral education curriculum standards (Experimental draft)," a concrete manifestation of the ideological and moral curriculum reform, the idea of our moral thinking of a new round of curriculum reform to map out a blueprint for construction. "Ideological and moral education curriculum standards," from the legal point of view, shows the relevant provisions the nature of the courses, curriculum goals, course content, curriculum implementation . "Ideological and moral education curriculum standards " marks that Chinese ideological and moral education reform has entered a new stage of development.In this paper, by reading the materials, comparative study, theoretical analysis, I extensively collect ideological and political course's the junior high school-related information, carding an comparative analysis of different periods Chinese situation of the junior high school ideological and political course, in particular since the reform of the curriculum the course has been changed and has many problems, I try to explore solutions to the problems of the ideological and political course for the future development of the main countermeasures.The founding of New China 50 years, middle school courses on ideology and morality has gone through three stages in the development, nation-building from the early emphasis on the political function of a political campaign during the Cultural Revolution, the emphasis on knowledge during reform and opening-up and then to the curriculum reform it has been concerned about the development of student life, which reflects the ideological and political course's development by the tool - knowledge - the inner life . The new curriculum reform in 2003, junior high school curriculum ideological and moral progress was made, but there are still many problems. On the future course of the ideological and moral development, will be repaired in the course of the current problems, constant self-improvement and updating. This will be more concerned about improving student life, the experience of students, the feelings of students and their development, so as to better promote student thinking, moral development, and cultivate qualified citizens.
