China recently has been changing tremendously which causes the adolescent in the school education face lots of impact. The adolescent are easy to cause obstacle in mood, character and behavior deviation without efficient support and instruction. School is the important defense to prevent and deal with the adolescent's problems. In the developed countries and Hong Kong, Taiwan areas, all kinds of local forces require the government to enforce school social work in order to prevent, remedy and forbid the complicated and severe problems of adolescent. Social workers take important effects in resource collocation through different systems and dealing with problems of students. School social work in the developed countries and areas has already become a specialized social cause.School social work has shaped in China which embodies features of times. Social work emphasizes accumulation in practice, but because its accumulation is not enough so it needs more support from the government and social admission. As a profession, social work originates from the west and spirit of help-others originates from religious doctrine. If we want to transplant it successfully into traditional ethnic society, we have to combine the professional value which originated from the west and traditional so that the localization of school social work is imperative under the situation.The dissertation systematically explains the necessity, specific measures and prosperity of localization of school social work from wide angles with the analyzing methods in sociology, pedagogy and administration science.
