Research On Social Work Practice In The Perspective Of “Relation Selfishness”

At present,China is in the period of social transformation,social demand increased,the number of vulnerable groups increased,the resulting contradictions of various social problems have become increasingly prominent.In this case,China's civil society system and government assistance work has been unable to meet the needs of society,gradually affecting the stability and development of our society.China's social experience developed from the experience of the West has been achieved in solving social problems and maintaining social stability,which has effectively made up for the shortcomings of the current traditional relief system.However,social work is born in the context of Western social culture,in order to grow in China's social and cultural soil must go through the process of localization.Therefore,the study of the localization of social work in our country has been carried out since its introduction to China.Especially,under the strong support of our government,the prospect of social work is getting better and better,and its research on its localization is especially important.The core issue of this paper is how the western social work is embedded in the Chinese society and culture,the process of embedding,the mode,the depth and the effect in the context of the cultural differences between China and the West.In terms of the interview results,this paper explores four kinds of relationship between the social workers and the clients,which well reflects the current situation of the western social work in our local culture.Through in-depth discussion and analysis,this paper draws the conclusion that "strong professional relations and strong social relations" model can guarantee the professionalism of social work and take into account the social essence of "relationship-based".This paper include five parts.The introduction part mainly includes the basic situation,the main problem is put forward,the article research value and significance,literature review,research methods,etc.The first chapter summarizes the Chinese and the Western culture origin and the social structure and institutional support differences in three aspects,and its developing situation of each others work.First introduced the concept of social welfare and social work development in the Western pattern of rights-based and community social structures,followed by analysis of the mutual aid system under civil relationship-based social background of China,the Chinese government systems to help others,as well as the characteristics of the current social work in China.The second chapter analyzes the four types of "professional relationship" and "social relation" combination between social workers and the case in the social work practice.The third chapter elaborates the actual practice of the four types of relations in the course of practice,summarizes its practical characteristics,and evaluates and analyzes the four types of social work practice from the theoretical and practical aspects."Strong professional relations,strong social relations" type in the feasibility of more advantages of the conclusion.The fourth chapter discusses the localization of our country's current social work,which mainly includes two aspects.First of all,social work as a professional and people to deal with the work in China's development must consider China's "relationship-based" social essence.Western professional social work must be embedded in the culture of this society will be the development of its professional ethics,skills and other content must take into account the local living environment,life experience,especially the experience of assistance.Secondly,while emphasizing the professional development of social work,we should pay attention to its "social",the ideal relationship between the four types of relationships is not absolute,in the specific local social work practice should pay attention to different types of clients And the service stage,the flexible use of "social relations" and "professional relations." Finally,in view of the phenomenon of deviation in the work orientation of social work practice in our country,the development of social work in our country depends on the administrative power,and actively improves the degree of civilparticipation of social work and reduces the influence of government administrative index pressure.Finally,summed up the work of Western society for more than a century of growth,it must not be anxious in China's localization development.First of all,to study the experience of the West on the basis of repeated study of the professional work of the West in China's applicability;Secondly,through continuous practice and reform,gradually formed a mature local social work model,and ultimately its internalization into an effective tool for social stability.
