| Advanced vocational & technical education in China started comparatively late,but at present it is developing with great impetus.On the one hand ,it has promoted the popularization of advanced education of China;On the other hand,it has trained many technical talents of high—quality for China . Yixing is an economic developed county—level city in the south area of Jiangsu Province with the title of"the town of professor":because it has a long—formed good learning style.In recent years,along with the fast development of knowledge economy and the quick readjustment of the industrial structure of Yixing,the field of Yixing's advanced vocational & technical education,such as Jiangsu City Vocational education(in Yixing) and Wuxi Institute of Arts & Technology,is faced with a series of unprecedented new problems.It is not only unable to satisfy the masses,increasing desire to seek knowledge,but also unable to satisfy the demand for the new higher applicational and technical talents.Therefore Yixing Can take advantage of the joined educational resources to establish advanced vocational & technical institute,relying on Jiangsu City Vocational education(in Yixing) and Wuxi Institute of Arts & Technology.So Yixing will form advanced vocational & technical education in a large scale. At the same time,we should advocate advanced educational concept ,promote the improvement of teacher's overall quality ,carry out reforms in school's layout,course content and talent training pattern with Yixing's local characteristics and style.The local government can strengthen its macro-control and regulatory capability ,and consequently enlarge the input for advanced vocational& technical educational funds step by step.We should still encourage financial aid from local enterprises and run school in alliance with these enterprises.With the joint efforts in many ways,Yixing's advanced vocational &technical education will eventually achieve sustainable development.
