The Study Of Vocational Education In CNPC Liaohe Oil Field Corporation

Vocational education is in urgent need to improve the quality of stuff in state-owned enterprises. It is same for Liaohe Oil Field Corporation, the employees' political theory and professional ethics can be greatly promoted by getting thorough relevant education. Furthermore, with vocational skills training, their scientific knowledge and integrated abilities will also be improved. Thus it will facilitate creating more and more advanced scientific techniques and making full use of the whole human resources.As for the current development of vocational education in Liaohe Oil Field Corporation, somehow improvement has been made, but still lots of problems exist, such as, the vocational education hasn't gained much attention among the managers, methods of educating are too simplex, and there is lack of educating resources, etc, which seriously influenced the further enhancement of individual and enterprise's competence.
