In2010, China’s ranking rose to second place of the total world economic order, and In2013it will still maintained. Since joining the WTO in2001, China’s economy began to connect with the world."Made in China" began to be known to the world, according to statistics, the total value of China’s manufacturing industry worldwide has reached19.8%in the proportion of most major industrial goods producer in the world. The core of "Made in China" is talented person, and "To serve the purpose of socialist modernization, training hundreds of millions of high-quality workers and hundreds of millions of highly skilled specialists," is the goal of secondary vocational schools, so the secondary vocational schools are assumed great responsibilities, and how to train qualified workers with both technical ability, but also have a good work ethic is worth pondering.Ethics has some features such as distinct industry, diversity, stability, succession and limited scope, in the process of professional ethics education; we must firmly grasp these characteristics and the particularity of the students. There are still many problems in the current ethics education in secondary vocational schools, such as the professional ethics content is not enough in teaching material, moral ethics teaching methods are obsolete, single evaluation methods to professional ethics education, lack of targeted, poor result and other issues. This paper analyzes the causes of these problems and proposed some measures to strengthen professional ethics education: Firstly, Optimizing the teaching methods; secondly, Constructing a reasonable evaluation system of professional ethics education; thirdly, training a number of double-qualified teachers who can understand the characteristics of students and industry; finally, strengthening school-enterprise cooperation to improve the effectiveness of professional ethics education..
