The efficient way to promote teacher's professional level depends on enhancing professional education of teacher. The goal for this process is to improve the teaching quality, as well as knowledge and skills with teachers. Particularly, educators call this developing process of professional abilities of teacher as Professional Development.The integrated education of teacher is no longer the implement for the normal education. It is not only the important part of the education of teacher, but also the important turning point in the history of staff development. The education of teacher should offer the full supports for the professional development, which means that professional development has become the origin and goal for the staff development. While the deepening reform of basic education, reform of children education, as a part of basic education, has experienced a transition from what, why to how so as to enter the stage of internal active adjust after suffering the clash of education ideas. Therefore the professional development is urgent for teachers of young children.There are some conclusions drawn from the questionnaires and interviews about professional development and staff development of teachers of young children in Guangxi: (1) the deficient of social environment and external conditions for the profession development of teachers of young children; (2) profession development has not become the active actions for teachers of young children; (3) the current situations of staff development have not satisfied the demands of professional development of teachers. The challenges would be faced for professional development and staff development of teachers of young children in Guangxi, including (1) more challenges for the teachers in suburban and rural areas; (2) more urgent for male teachers of young children; (3) more attentions to Non state-owned kindergartens; and (4) more urgent for the training of administrative staffs.According to the problems and challenges, this paper presents some countermeasures (1) constructing the integrated training system with education; (2) creating various type of training models; (3) improving the system of staff development; (4) innovating various training models; and (5) focusing on the training for those who is responsible to the training of teachers of young children.
