A Study Of Knowledge Management On The School

Knowledge has become the crucial power in the development of society with the Knowledge-based Economy's appearance. People give further attention on how to manage knowledge and maximize the knowledge' s avail. In .this background, knowledge management (KM) has been the hotspot of organization management.School is the place to transmit and create knowledge, but it usual overlooks the management of its knowledge. It gives our schools valuable use for reference of the application and development of KM in the organization management. It is an important task about how to introduce KM into school and urge school to learning organization. The paper tries to build school system of KM.The paper has four parts, including introduction and text. The introduction briefly shows that the application of KM in the school is a request of economic development and is also a demand of changing school into learning organization, and this part also expounds the author's research purpose and research angle. In the first chapter, KM is the necessary demand of Knowledge-based Economy's time, the author explains the origin, connotation, elements and meaning of KM. And in the next chapter, the analyse about KM of school, the author discusses and analyses the need, possibility and effect of KM in the school, and also analyzes the hardness of actualizing KM in the school. In the last chapter, the author proposes some specific strategies to found the KM of school from circumstance, technique and operation.
