Second, the education background relates too much to the behavior and habit of politics participation, which leads to the wrong behavior and trend of politics participation of college students and limits the consciousness of their horizon and overall development as well as their political consciousness and expression, all of which frustrate the positive attitude of college students.Nowadays, we should take effective measures to strengthen and improve the politics participation of college students, mainly in the following aspects. First, We should perfect the institution, make some institutional reform, perfect the expression institution and promote the politics participation of college students. Second, high colleges should enhance the political education of college students. The administrative departments should focus on the education of politics education and the effect of politics, share the education resources and create harmonious campus, in order to provide a healthy environment for politics participation. Third, we should promote the economic development, improve the living and development condition , widen the approaches of politics participation; in order to make college students attend the politics to a large degree, to develop the mess media, especially the active effect of internet. Fourth, we should pay attention to the guided effect of political education and the research into the behavior of politics participation of college students.
