Campus culture contains a university's spirit which created and endorsed by all the members of the campus in a long-term work and the particular culture environment that can shape the very spirit. Essentially, the society culture plays as the concept or the spirit factor that made great effect on the political, moral and psychological of the campus. Campus culture is an important component of the social culture, and it is the campus' reification of the social culture. High quality campus culture can mold the character of students imperceptibly, and promote the overall quality of student improved, directly and powerfully impact on improving and regulating the social and cultural environment. For the school, to build a high quality of the campus culture will help enhance the school characteristics and the quality of teaching. The construction of campus culture received a high degree of importance and recognition.Secondary vocational schools have their particular goals during the school Secondary vocational schools have their particular goals during the education, other types of campus culture theory can not cover all of its content. Secondary vocational school campus culture in the theoretical study started relatively late, influenced by the traditional concept of school and other cultures, because of inadequate investment, insufficient attention, uncomplicated method, poor communication and other reasons, have not been fully developed. To enrich the campus culture, need the introduction of advanced corporate culture. For the characteristics of the students and the needs of both the school and the enterprise, schools can working in the state of mind, positive attitude, the standard norms and harmonious atmosphere of cooperation, a wide range of knowledge-based, comprehensive professional attention and the sense serve as useful parts, lead the corporate culture into campus culture. To construct the campus culture, need to complement and improve self-management of enterprises, comprehensive employment guidance, real scene training, and other practical training aspects, combined with the characteristics of specialties and students, develop entrepreneurial education and innovation education, in order to prove the campus culture of secondary vocational schools and the promotion of vocational students in the current and future employment.
