The Exploration Of Fundamental Approaches Of Integrating Corporate Behavior Culture Into Secondary Vocational Occupational Ethics Education

Professional ethics education is an important part of education,and its teaching effect is the key to secondary vocational students adapt to the new workplace easily.At present,the secondary vocational students attach importance to professional courses and neglect basic courses,the secondary vocational ethics education effect is unsatisfied.In order to improve the educational effect,we should innovate the way of secondary vocational school students' professional ethics education by integrating the corporate behavior culture.From the existing research results,as a part of the corporate culture the corporate behavior culture which contains the corporate rites and rituals culture,‘6S' management,benchmarking has been successfully practice in many enterprises.There are some similarities between the corporate behavior culture and the secondary vocational occupational ethics education in theory.Thus,it is feasible to combine the corporate behavior culture and the secondary vocational occupational ethics education.Through the questionnaire survey and interview method,to research on the optometry of Guangzhou Business Vocational School,it is found that the current occupational ethics education needs improvement.To solve the above problems,this paper puts forward innovative ways of occupational ethics education from four aspects of classroom teaching,class management,campus activities,social practice.This paper has five parts.The first part summarizes and analyzes the purpose,significance and theoretical basis of the research,and serves as the theoretical basis for the paper.Basing on the results of the research,the second part summarizes the problems of the current occupational ethics education.The third part points out the similarities between the corporate behavior culture and the secondary vocational occupational ethics education and proves the feasibility of combining the corporate behavior culture with the secondary vocational occupational ethics education.According to the previous theories,the fourth part expatiates on how to use the existing research results of corporate behavior culture to improve the effect of the secondary vocational ethics education.The last part puts forward the specific countermeasures to solve the above-mentioned problems.
