Along with the development of the globalization knowledge economy society and the updating of computer network technology, the way of study in people's life has had the very big transformation, and the society set a higher request to the cultivation of the person with ability. As the important base of personnel training, different universities all vigorously execute the education reform and carry out the project of teaching quality in high education, paying attention to improving teaching quality of each specialized discipline curriculum in order to raise the person with the specialized knowledge and the solution actual problem ability, who are the multiple-typed person with high quality and the spirit of the good cooperation and innovation to conform to society's demand. Under the current environment, the construction of instructional resources has become the important part of the educational reform. There are becoming more and more various instructional resources. But there are a series of questions are all urgently await to ponder and analyze that so many teaching resources that whether can promote the instructional quality to satisfy the request of the educational reform, whether can reflect instructional design conception and the instructional resources development and change in the new technology environment, and whether can improve the training of high quality person.Instructional Design is a kind of bridge subject that connects the instructional theory and the teaching practice, which is one of the main ways to enhance the teaching quality. "Instructional Design" is the main course of the four-year-system undergraduate in the major of Educational Technology in the higher pedagogical colleges and universities, which pays attention to the connection of theory and the teaching practice to promote training learner's solution ability. So this article mainly discusses the construction of instructional resources on the Instructional Design Course by the way of literature research, content analytical method and case study. Based on the views of the postmodernism curriculum and the social constructivism learning theory, this article takes the theory of the Instruction Design, knowledge management and the view of education informationization resources as the guides to construct the three-dimensional instructional resources on the Instruction Design Course from the philosophy perspective of the dialogue theory and the explanation phenomenology theory. Pointed to the existing problems, this article designs the three-dimensional instructional resources construction frame from three dimensionalities of media forms, organization of content and the methods There are five-typed media forms of the paper resources that is the leading clue, PPT, pictures, video-audio resources and the curriculum website based on the content of Instruction Design Course by the methods of instruction design, administration and evaluation in the construction frame, which can displays the processing, sharing and dynamic characteristic and highlights the factor of human beings to promote learner's knowledge construction and its innovation. Then the article takes"Analyzing Learners"which is part of Instruction Design Course as an example to further illustrate the design of three-dimensional instructional resources frame on the Instruction Design Course, in the hope of providing the practical significance references for the construction and make it show the instructional conception, advanced technologies and the requirements of the instructional innovation to enhance the teaching quality and promote the cultivation of multiple-typed person with high quality.
