On The Research And Analysis Of Human Resource Exploration Of Teachers In Villages In Huhhot

At present,most of the teachers in primary school and junior middle schools in the countryside could not meet the need of the society,and has impaired the educational development.How to dispose the human resource enhance the training and improve their quality has become an important issue of the educational administration.The paper presents the status and problems by doing research,which includes:the inadequacy of qualified teachers,unreasonable structure and low quality.Besides,the author analyzes the concerning factors,which are the restriction of both teacher's consciousness and system.It promotes the responsibility of government, training organization,school administration.,according to the problems found,the author puts forward the countermeasure build the system to enhance the institution of human resource reasonably and build up new training system and evaluation system.There are five parts in the paper.The first part is forward,which introduces the theoretical meaning and practical meaning and present state, home and abroad.The second part is the present state of teachers in primary school in huhhot,which includes:teachers' quality,teaching quality courses structure.The third part presents the main factor of restricting the human resource exploration.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasure to explore human resource,and the last part is the conclusion.
