Exploring The Cause Of Interpersonal Forgiveness Behaviour Of College Students

Forgivenss is a topic discussed in philosophy and theology in early time,but only in late several decades,it was investigated as psychological phenomenon.It is closely related to self-esteem,personality,mental healthy status.Before 1985,the research about forgiveness is very little.The purpose of our research is to find out the characteristics of mind of forgiveness of college students,from the aspects of different subjects and gender,we discuss deeply influencing factors in order to provide academic gist and experience sustain for the work of mental healthy education.We mainly did the following four pieces of work:1,Find out the characteristics and status of forgiveness mind of college students,analyse characteristics and differences of forgiveness mind of different gender and subjects.2,Explore a new way of developing interpersonal forgiveness intervening,by analyzing the forgiveness mental status.3,Analyze the relationship between forgiveness and self-esteem,personality and other factors.4,Combining this research and personal thinking,bring forward personal opinion. We drew these conclusions:1,On the whole,the level of forgiveness of college students is in the middle of the situation.2,In the level of forgiveness,there is no difference between the students of the sciences and the arts,boys and girls.3,There are significant gender differences in forgiveness between the arts college students.The level of forgiveness of boys is higher than girls. 4,The level self-esteem of arts students is significantly higher than the science students.The self-esteem and forgiveness is highly relevant,but the relevance of the self-esteem and forgiveness of arts girl students is not significant.5,The level of forgiveness and mental health are closely related,and positive correlated.6,The level of forgiveness of girls and their scl90 total point and 10 genes have a significant relationship.7,The level of forgiveness of college students is closely related to Eysenck scale and emotion.8,The level of forgiveness of science students is closely related to interpersonal ability failure,the interpersonal success of luck and Interpersonal attributable to the outside.And the level of forgiveness of science students and Interpersonal attribution is negatively correlated.9,Egression equation show:for boys and girls,the boys of forgiveness is influenced by the level of self-esteem,emotion and interpersonal failure.the level of forgiveness of the girls is influenced by self-esteem,emotion,diffidence,extroversion and crankiness,For science and arts,The level of forgiveness of the students of arts is influenced by the emotional,diffidence,extroversion,interpersonal efforts failure and interpersonal context success.Self-esteem scores influencing the level of forgiveness is not significant;the level of forgiveness of science students is influenced by emotion and ghastfulness.Self-esteem scores influencing the level of forgiveness was not obvious.
