Research On The Construction Of Training Center In Higher Vocational School

The following thesis is a research result specifically focusing on the construction of training center in higher vocational school. The higher vocational education in China has undergone fast development both in number and scale in recent years. In the meantime, to form its own characteristics and elevate its quality is becoming an urgent demand to better serve the social economy. Training center is the supporting hardware to cultivate technique-applicable personnel. It's also a key factor to maintain a successful vocational education. Only if we strengthen the construction of the training center, can we achieve the goal to cultivate skilled technicians who can combine the latest technical results with the practice. Currently, the actuality of the construction of training center in many schools still cannot meet the demand, and therefore, strengthening the research on the construction of training center in higher vocational schools bears real significance.From a stand of employment-leading, the thesis, employing the approaches of literature research and demonstration investigation, defines the connotation and concept of higher vocational school training center, combs and analyzes the construction practice of training center both at home and abroad. It also analyzes problems existing in the training center construction in higher vocational schools via questionnaires and interviews carried on five schools in Wuxi. Furthermore, it makes a rational consideration on the key functions of training centre and the construction principles and thoughts, on the basis of which, the author puts forward three construction modes and makes an analysis on the relationship among the three. The author holds that strengthening training center construction calls for sufficient support on concept, policy, fund and faculty.
