The Research On The Nurture Of Entrepreneurial Talents By The Combination Of College And Trade Association

In the era of knowledge economy, entrepreneurial talent is an important factor for a country's economical development. Because of the nature and responsibility of university, it plays a key role in the nurture of entrepreneurial talents. The nurture of entrepreneurial talents is a not a long history in our country,so with no doubt, we are facing a lot of problems.Entrepreneurial talent is a strong Practical talent. The nurture of entrepreneurial talent only by universities is far from enough. And because of the advantages the trade associations have, the trade associations can help universities to train entrepreneurial talents in the practical part. So it's a good way to train entrepreneurial talent by the combination of universities and the trade association.This article first discusses the significance of the combination of universities and trade association. And then write about the research ideas and some characteristics of this article. This article has used theoretical analysis, introduced three theories: The Third Sector Theory, Asymmetric Information Theory, The Integration Of Productive Labor and Education Theory. These theories set the foundation for the whole article. Then, from three specific aspects of entrepreneurial environment, teaching management and risk funds, analysises the significance for the entrepreneurial talent trained by the trade associations.A number of adverse factors that affect the training of entrepreneurial talents by the combination of universities and the trade associations. After find out what these adverse factors are, I work out some solutions on how to settle it. At last, probe into the factors of the difficulty which baffle the training of entrepreneurial talent by the combination of universities and trade associations. A mechanism is conceived to promote the training of entrepreneurial talents, which is constructed mainly from inside and outside.
